Gestionar el cambio requiere ser consciente de los bloqueos que nos genera para atravesarlos e incorporarlos en el \u201c<em>software<\/em>\u201d de nuestro primitivo cerebro.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Durante los \u00faltimos 15 a\u00f1os hemos visto muchos cambios y grandes avances, tecnol\u00f3gicos, sociales, m\u00e9dicos&#8230;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><br \/>El\u00a0mundo evoluciona a la velocidad de la luz \u00a0pero nuestro cerebro sigue siendo el mismo de hace miles de a\u00f1os.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><br \/>Es ser humano es 70% de agua y a nivel celular funciona por \u00f3smosis, cuya misi\u00f3n es aislar y proteger\u00a0del exterior, permitir o denegar el paso de sustancias nutrientes a la c\u00e9lulas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong><br \/>El cambio es nutritivo, significa evoluci\u00f3n y aprendizaje<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><br \/>Subrayo los verbos que definen este fen\u00f3meno: aislar, proteger, regular, permitir o denegar, que es exactamente lo que hacemos cuando percibimos un cambio. \u00bfTe suena?<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><br \/>Nuestro organismo trata de &#8220;protegernos&#8221; torpemente, negando y rechazando el cambio. Reaccionamos con rabia o miedo, agresividad o par\u00e1lisis, como si fu\u00e9ramos a luchar en una inexistente selva. Ahora nuestras batallas son otras.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><br \/>Interpretamos los cambios como adversidad y tratamos de ser inmunes al cambio. El cambio ha venido para quedarse y o nos subimos al tren, o nos quedamos en la estaci\u00f3n, viendo la vida pasar<strong>.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><br \/>\u00bfC\u00f3mo reaccionas ante el cambio, aceptas los retos o piensas que cualquier tiempo pasado fue mejor?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><br \/>Gestionar el cambio implica reinterpretarlo, darle un nuevo significado coherente a los tiempos actuales: el de evoluci\u00f3n y crecimiento.
