{"id":1742,"date":"2016-11-21T17:16:06","date_gmt":"2016-11-21T17:16:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/objective-dubinsky.31-170-100-185.plesk.page\/?p=1742"},"modified":"2026-04-10T23:57:55","modified_gmt":"2026-04-10T21:57:55","slug":"vender-no-es-despachar","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/adamorales.es\/en\/vender-no-es-despachar\/","title":{"rendered":"Vender no es despachar"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><br \/>La escuch\u00e9 de boca de un director comercial pidiendo al equipo comercial m\u00e1s profesionalidad y compromiso. <strong>Vender no es despachar<\/strong>, una frase que me acompa\u00f1a desde hace 15 a\u00f1os. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><br \/>Me encuentro en un nuevo proyecto de <em>coaching<\/em> comercial e implantaci\u00f3n del cambio con vendedores de una empresa internacional en el sector de la alimentaci\u00f3n. \u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><br \/>Dispongo de 4 jornadas para ayudarles a asumir nuevos procesos en su modo de trabajar. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><br \/>Hay comerciales que se dedican a tomar pedidos, despachar y visitar clientes como si fueran a ver a un viejo amigo. Se consideran vendedores aunque no realicen labor comercial.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><br \/>Entre los comerciales que van a recoger el pedido o los que hacen una venta profesional hay un mundo. Los primeros est\u00e1n obsoletos, los segundos tienen presente y futuro. Recuerda:<\/span><\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Vender no es despachar<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><br \/>Ser comercial es una profesi\u00f3n din\u00e1mica, como la de profesor o m\u00e9dico, donde siempre es necesario estar aprendiendo e incorporando cambios. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><br \/>Durante los \u00faltimos 15 a\u00f1os hemos visto muchos. El cambio ha venido para quedarse y o nos subimos al tren o el tren se marcha sin nosotros. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>El 80% del \u00e9xito de la venta est\u00e1 en la preparaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><br \/>El 80% del \u00e9xito de la venta radica en la preparaci\u00f3n previa antes de la visita o la entrevista con el cliente, a donde has de ir con los deberes ya hechos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><br \/>Un vendedor es un experto en lo que vende y en el c\u00f3mo lo vende. Conoce el producto, sabe de sus ventajas, es flexible y se preocupa y le importa\u00a0 en la necesidad de cada cliente.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Tu cliente es tu socio.\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Ay\u00fadale a vender m\u00e1s y t\u00fa vender\u00e1s m\u00e1s y mejor \u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><br \/>La visita comercial o la presentaci\u00f3n es tan solo un 20% del proceso. \u00bfEn qu\u00e9 debes invertir el 80%? En prepararla, en prepararte y obtener informaci\u00f3n de:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Mercado, p\u00fablico objetivo, <em>target<\/em>. <\/strong>Clientes potenciales que compran a tu competencia y a tus clientes, de los que quiz\u00e1 ya no te preocupas porque est\u00e1n en el bote. Necesitas saber qu\u00e9 hacen, qu\u00e9 les gusta, cu\u00e1l es su estilo de vida, sus necesidades actuales y futuras. Debes conocerles mejor que a ti.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Competencia.<\/strong> Para conseguir nuevos clientes has quit\u00e1rselos a tu competencia. Anal\u00edzala, estudia qu\u00e9 hace bien, qu\u00e9 no hace, qu\u00e9 errores ha cometido, cu\u00e1les son sus puntos d\u00e9biles y fuertes. Mej\u00f3ralos y multipl\u00edcalos por 1.000. \u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Producto o servicio que ofreces. <\/strong>Vender es solucionar necesidades. El vendedor es un experto. Has de conocer de forma incisiva y sagaz todos los detalles de aquello que ofreces. (Composici\u00f3n, origen, aplicaciones, innovaci\u00f3n, estad\u00edsticas\u2026)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a1T\u00fa! <strong>\u201cCon\u00f3cete a ti mismo\u201d.<\/strong> El famoso aforismo de la antig\u00fcedad griega nos dice que el acceso a la sabidur\u00eda pasa por el autoconocimiento.
